Interactive AR/VR Product Experiences for Exhibitions

Give visitors a way to explore a product rather than only watch a presentation. We begin with the visitor journey, then define the device, interactions and deployment requirements.

Choose the experience around the visitor

Headset VR

Scope an immersive viewpoint, visitor duration, operator flow, reset process and comfort requirements.

Phone or tablet AR

Review the viewing device, target or placement method, lighting, tracking and booth conditions.

Screen-based interactive 3D

Plan mouse, touch or controller actions where a headset or mobile device is not suitable.

Define the interactions

Useful actions may include inspecting a product, selecting a component, triggering an explanation, viewing a section or operating a simplified control. Each action requires review and testing.

  • Review geometry, materials and level of detail.
  • Confirm device model, booth space, power and networking.
  • Plan operator support, reset flow and visitor duration.
  • List application builds, devices, installation, training and event support separately.

Questions buyers ask

Can the experience run without internet?

Only when the actual build and assets are designed and tested for offline use.

Is hardware included?

The quotation states whether devices are supplied, hired, customer-provided or excluded.

Is this a training simulator or digital twin?

Not automatically. A presentation demo is not represented as a validated training, safety or engineering simulation.
